Donny Felix
Donny Felix is a dedicated family man, married with three children, and a proud longtime resident of Palm Bay. With deep roots in the community, he has built a career as a small business owner, real estate investor, and builder. Donny’s professional journey began at Publix, where he became the youngest department manager in the Southeast during his decade-long tenure. He later worked as a Personal Banker for a national financial institution, which further deepened his understanding of the community’s needs.
As a civic leader, Donny is committed to serving Palm Bay through various leadership roles. He currently serves as the Deputy Mayor and Palm Bay City Councilman, Chairman of the Palm Bay Municipal Foundation Disaster Relief Committee, Community Development Advisory Board Member, and Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) Citizen Advisory Committee Member. He is the Founder and President of the Haitian-American Association of Brevard and a lifetime member of BCASCA.
Donny’s previous experience includes serving as Vice Chairman of the Palm Bay Parks and Recreation Board, a member of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board, and the Technical and Citizens Advisory Board. He remains actively involved in his church, leading the Welcome Team and participating in several overseas mission trips.
